However, we do not guarantee that the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or free of other errors.
3. Ordering and Payment
3.1. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. After placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order.
3.2. We accept payments in South African Rand (ZAR) through various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) and Snap Scan.
3.3. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorised to use the payment method and authorise us to charge the amount of your order to that payment method.
3.4. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including but not limited to inaccuracies, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity.
4. Pricing and Availability
4.1. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without notice.
4.2. Despite our best efforts, occasional pricing errors may occur. If an error occurs and your order has been processed, we will contact you immediately and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it.

5.3. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service or any other third-party service provider. The risk of loss or damage of items passes to you upon delivery of the items to the address provided.

6.1. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided the items are in their original, unused condition with all tags attached.
6.2. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a fault on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, defective item).

6.4. Sale items and custom orders are non-refundable unless there is a defect in the product.
