Just Sassy Returns Policy
At Just Sassy, we want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help. Please read our returns policy carefully to ensure a smooth and hassle-free return process.
Returns
You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return any item(s). To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation email) is required for all returns.
How to Return an Item
- Contact Us: Email us at orders@justsassy.co.za or message on WhatsApp at 0827807519 with your order number, reason for the return, and proof of purchase and a clear picture of the item.
- Pack Your Items: Ensure your items are securely packed and include your proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
- Send Your Return: Ship your items to our returns address (provided via email) using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item(s) and proof of purchase, we will inspect them and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item(s).
Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Earrings and intimate wear
- Sale and clearance items
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us right away. Send us an email at orders@justsassy.co.za or a message on WhatsApp at 0827807519 with your order number, a description of the problem, and clear images of the damaged or incorrect item. We will assess the situation and resolve it as quickly as possible.
